Synopsis: Mind Matters
A world similar to ours, with three important differences:
- The equivalent of the Roman Empire did not collapse
- There is a near-complete absence of fossil fuels
- Some few percent of the population have a sense perception of the "mental state" of other people. This is perfectly normal, but new things are being learned about the mind and what these Mindars are capable of.. Some welcome this, while others fear it
