Brief Author Bio: I taught high school English for 7 years, before leaving teaching to raise my daughter, now 15 months old. In my past lives, I was a technology coach for the New York City Writing Project, a tutor for Kaplan, an AmericaReads volunteer and a Jumpstart corps member. I hold a BA from NYU in English Education, and an MA in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from the Milano at The New School.
