Brief Author Bio:

Hi, i'm known as Ali, or Alley. This is my first year, and i only found out about it two days before and i am trying so so hard to keep on top of my 1667 words a day! This is getting insane, up here in my head! You DO NOT want to some round, or actually be anywhere near me.
I love my hockey and my friends and my reading. Often, i get to the point when i think i should slow down, because i've read through all the good books in the libary............ heh heh

Synopsis:

Ella, her large fanily of siblings and their Ma move onto the Gold fields at a time of high tension.

Excerpt:

At first, my Pa had decided that trying his luck on the goldfields would be good for him, and us. Then Ma and he decided that moving the whole family into he small hut Pa had built would be an even better idea. Of course I didn’t mention my thoughts that actually, uprooting the family from the deep community and small house we lived in WOULDN’T be a good idea. And I guess, in a way, I was right. But I also got friends for life and a mind of my own. So in some ways, I’m glad they did it, following the waves of people coming into the city, and then leaving.
