Brief Author Bio:

I'm 24 years old and finally finished with school so now I have the time and energy to give NaNo the proper attention it deserves! I started writing at age 7 but had been making up stories long before then. When I first started college, I entered a dark period of writer's block that was broken in 2006 with the help of Firefly fan fiction! I've managed to wean myself off of writing about other people's characters but the experience helped me learn a lot about my strengths and weaknesses as a writer, so I look on that time fondly. I've been working on a supernatural young adult novel but I'm willing to set that aside for a bit and tackle something else for NaNo! I'm very excited!
