for years, i've been writing for everything but myself. now, i'm changing all that.

i'm an improvisational and sketch comedian and teacher in chicago, illinois. i travel all over the u.s. to teach & perform, and have learned as much teaching as i have being taught.

during the course of my life, i have lost loved ones, been in awful long term relationships, had dream-like opportunity, dealt with disease, watched both inexplicable cruelty and absolute selflessness in my career-path. every minute shapes every ounce of what performers give back. i love what i do, i adore who i meet, and every day is a ridiculous ride. there's no guide for how to get where you go in creative career, so i hope to sort of catalog this experience in general and to support others by sharing the trek so far that got me here.
