Janie H. Harrison aka Jane Harrison aka Emma Harrington (born 1954 Greenville Mississippi) works as an artist in DeSoto County Mississippi. She is the author of more than a dozen Historical Romances. When not painting or writing, she is in the garden. Her inspirations are the towns set on Hwy 61 and the old river roads from Memphis to New Orleans. Her father and grandfather worked for the Corp of Engineers and much of her life has been about fevers, faith, and floods of the Mississippi Delta.
