Synopsis:

Historical fiction / fantasy mashup: The Revolution is happening worldwide. The domino theory actually takes effect in this alternate history, and worldwide, legions of the economically oppressed workers and socially marginalized sorcerers are rising up with dreams to overthrow their governments and their chains. Cuba is only now becoming an international event but President George is concerned about the democratic, non-magical nature of the outcome. His son Arthur, however, is living in 1960s America, and while expected to carry on his father's legacy, he is slowly developing different ideas about the nature of Magic. Arthur's friend Martin is even in the center of the whirlpool, visiting the captive anarchist leader known as The Dragon and carrying away volumes of text, letters, and instruction.
Sooner or later, however, the revolution of power must happen, and this generation is already making tentative grasps to wrest the reins of power from the old guard.
