Nothing much special about me here. :) I'm just your usual university student (going for my fifth year in a botany program) who spends way too much of her non-existent time doing non-school activities.

I've always been something of a writer and I've been doing original stories since Sophomore year in High School, but I've never actively pursued finishing one of them. So I guess that's part of the reason I'm interested in NaNoWriMo (aside from awesome friends who have recommended it to me after doing several years worth of the challenge themselves :) ) is to kind of force myself to finish this story. Hopefully. However, I've kind of been sucked into the fandom thing lately so I haven't really done anything big in the original area for a while though I want to get back into doing original stuff. Maybe this'll help me to pop back into it. :)
