Synopsis: Blackfire

Sir Thaddeus of Thistleshire and Ivan Melthorn, two people born with amazing powers that usually appear in the various legendary heroes of the land, go on wacky adventures across the troubled lands of Ahlm.

Zannithan, a dwarven assassin, with an unusual talent, has become more and more bored with the tedium of his trade. He is well known for seeming to not care at all what happens on a mission, and simply enjoys the game. When he sets off on his own after a falling out, who knows what will happen.

Through their journeys they must come to rely on both their inborn powers, each other, and their wits, combined with a healthy disregard for human life, callous nature, and a little bit of sadism. Woe to any who cross their path. Or any who they think might eventually maybe have some sort of relationship to crossing their path.

Excerpt: Blackfire

"Honestly Ivan, did you have to kill that last one so brutally?" Thad asked, the disdain drowning his voice.

"Bah, that barkeep shouldn't have been groveling for his life so much. You know how I hate groveling." Ivan replied casting a sidelong glance at his companion.

"No, I meant did you have to splatter blood all over my good cloak? This will take months to come out." Thad cried as his thumbs worked furiously in a vain attempt to remove the stain.

"Bah!" Ivan retorted, "That's why I wear crimson."
