Synopsis: I'll Never Stop Looking

The lives of two former best friends intertwine when one lies on her death bed, waiting to sleep, and the other desperately tries to awaken.

After dropping out of college and volunteering in Africa for a year, Hearst arrives back home disoriented and disillusioned, finding nothing the same as when she left. Convinced she is inhabiting an alternate dimension, she decides to perform an archaeological dig on her own life, unearthing childhood memories and ultimately uncovering the one artifact she had hoped to bury: her best friend, Lars, with whom she has lost touch over seemingly insignificant matters. She frantically tries to salvage her relationship with Lars by embarking on a journey to find the moment where everything went wrong.

Meanwhile, Lars, diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder that will ultimately cause her to die of insomnia, tries to come to terms with the fact that she will soon lose everything she has. When Hearst approaches her looking to rekindle their friendship, Lars sees that Hearst may be the key to releasing her burden...but has trouble overcoming her own hallucinations and fantasy worlds that signal the end of her life.
