For every time my partner made some crack about how lesbians just needed a good man to set them right, I made his wife come.

I loved the way she moaned my name, pulling my hair as I licked her clit, or biting hard on my shoulder to keep herself from crying out when I used my fingers on her. I loved the way she fell back against the bed afterwards, her eyes closed and smiling like the cat that ate the canary. But mostly, I loved knowing that I could do this to her while he was at the office being his usual asinine self, likely picking on Jeanine or surfing for porn on the internet rather than doing any actual work.

I suppose that wasn't fair. When there was work, he'd do it. He just refused to go out looking for it, waiting for the jobs to fall into our laps.
