Favorite novels: Recent books which have struck me are "A Canticle For Leibowitz", "A Complicated Kindness"

Favorite writers: Kurt Vonnegut (and so it goes), Terry Pratchett for a little mind candy, Kathy Reichs for my mystery quota, and though he's a bit dated these days, Issac Asimov. And Agatha Christie is a lot of fun.

Favorite music: Anything loud and fast, classical to metal

Non-noveling interests: Playing violin, swimming, grad student in Computer Science.
