Brief Author Bio: I started writing as a kid and went on to become a journalist. My first Nano effort was midway into 2004, immediately as part of the Cheetah's Club. I was working on -- oh hideous truth -- a partially completed novel. gasp! I won that year, writing over 50K words!! In '05 I was an honest Nanoer, starting a new murder mystery, but only wrote some thirty thousand words. In 2006 I renewed my Cheetah membership and worked on AKS again, thus "AKS Redux." I won again that year!! I idid not win in 2007. I only win on even years... so guess what? I won again in '08! But, I assure I won't for 09 (I'm cheating again this year... evil laughter ensues!) I've got to wrap up AKS. After all, "it's about time!" ;) |

Synopsis: it's about time!
There's a rip in the space/time continuum. No one knows what caused it -- global warming, Al Gore's hot air itself, or perhaps some mysterious paranormal phenomena. This is just the beginning of the nightmare that will culminate on the Winter Solstice of 2012.
It's early 2010 when our heroine feels the first effects of the Antikytheran Factor (c) ej /zenwoman (that's my next novel!) and it truly is "about time." ha!
