Synopsis: Summerland

November's life has just gotten a lot more complicated. First, her fiance disappeared, leaving behind nothing but a cryptic message and a handful of his leaves. Then she was evicted from her home in the paradise known as Summerland by a militant group of suburbanites lead by a gun-toting soccer mom. She was marched at gunpoint, blindfolded, and shot in the back. Now she's stuck in the City of Shadows (a lovely seaside city), unsure if she's alive or dead. Her new roommate is Wiccan sales associate who's convinced that her ability to see ghosts is the result of being permanenty stoned since university, she's being followed around by a ghost with a fetish for possessing stuffed animals, and her boss keeps trying to get into her pants. And of that's not bad enough, an angel just told her she needs to stop the woman who shot her from killing her own family, or November will never be able to find a way to return home to Summerland....
