Synopsis: That Kid Next Door

A teenage girl and boy become friends after her father is fired from his job in an office scandal, and he moves their family-- his alcoholic wife and disaffected daughter--to another city. There they buy a house next door to a boy who's always done the right thing, even when he doesn't really want to.

He hates the boredom of his neighborhood, but the new neighbor changes that as they form a bond and then encounter something strange and ultimately terrifying together.
