Synopsis: Grimm Girl (working title)

The Grimm Lands are dying. Once a bright and magical land, the Shadowblight Forest now surrounds it and is slowly and inexorably choking out the last island of light.

When Ellie is transported, slumber party and all, into this realm of decay and despair, she must use all her wits and abilities to survive. So when the locals mistake her for their promised Chosen One, she goes along with it. Better then being left out as monster bait, right? What she doesn't know is that as the Chosen one, she is destined to end the rule of the Evil Queebn Carnissa of the Bloody Oak, and throw back the encroaching darkness. There's just one small problem with the whole plan: she lied.
