Synopsis: The Ryhilion Child

Typical life on the farm is you wake up before dawn, help mother to feed the animals, and then the family sits down to break the night’s fast. Then there’s the wash that needs to get done, the gardening, helping the men to tend to the crops, and a lot more work that made for a very long day. At fifteen one would think that the only people to come courting are some of the local boys. None of those boys will give me anything more than strange looks from a distance, since I have a reputation for being strange.

Instead the only people who want my company is some ghost of a knight that calls himself Tiber who keeps trying to convince me that I have some destiny; that I need to leave the farm and save some mythical kingdom. Then there is that bunch of magi with a female healer who have come saying that I have powerful magic, that untrained is a danger to my family and the town, which on one hand explains the odd things that always seem to happen around me.

Why me? I mean I’m just a typical farm girl, well except for the fact I can’t recall anything before I got really sick when I was seven. None of this is true, right?
