Synopsis: Once Awake

Ever since the Awakening, the magical eruption that changed the face of the modern world, New York City has become a ghost town. Charlotte lives among the abandoned sky scrapers, with little beyond her living tattoos to keep her company. Though she does not fully understand why she can survive where no others human can, she has set herself a quest - to repair the imbalance in the city created by the catastrophic energy left behind by the 911 attacks.
