Synopsis: Eternity of Stone

The whim of an evil wizard turned Megarren into a statue. Displayed in his hall for a while, she was eventually put in a store room and forgotten. Many years later, the statue was taken as a trophy by conquering invaders and placed in the courtyard of a victory garden. From there she watched as time took its toll on the nation and the plaza became a spot where poorer families gathered.

A young boy tended to the statue, draping it with a shawl in winter and washing the pigeon dropping off during the summer.

The nation soon fell to its own invaders and the statue was taken across the sea and displayed as a trophy of the new conquerors.

Now a young man, the same boy finds the statue again, learns that she was once a person, and sets about breaking the curse.
