i've only started a week ago and WOW, i noticed how many writers there are dedicated to NaNoWriMo and they are EVERYWHERE. everywhere but here, that is.
i was just wondering if any WriMos reached Battle Ground, Amboy or Yacolt. it's pretty difficult to get to any of these kick of parties without any mode of transportation, and it will be pretty lonely if i'm the only one out here.
have a good day!!~!!

I'm in battleground :o
I usually stick to vancouver for the kickoff parties. If I don't have work I could probably give one or two people a ride in my cramped clunker of a car though. :P

We usually have the Kick Off parties in Vancouver simply because it's a more central location for people who are coming from Camas, Longview, Woodland, Ridgefield, Battle Ground and the likes. I'm actually from Battle Ground originally but just moved from there in the last 9 months. There's the possibilities for write in's at the Starbucks but that's something that you could always arrange if you show up to the Kick Off. There'll be lots of eager people there willing, and wanting to meet and share their ideas. We all want everyone to love our stories!

I just signed up, this is my first year participating. I live in Battleground, or rather just outside of Battleground :)

heh... without transportation? A story I share. :p Except, I was too lazy to even get a drivers' permit!
Oh yeah... I live in Battle Ground too.

Hey, I was wondering if I'd see any other BG NaNos! Awesome!
We'll have to have some get-togethers in-town sometime! :)

I'm another one! *waves* I'm by the lake. Anyone needs transportation, encouragement, et cetera, you got it.
