For those of you that simply must take a break, would you care to be productive at the same time? I've written a new app aimed at the NaNo crowd that could stand a bit of testing:

http://nowrists.com/where/

It's not much more than a Google Maps mashup where you can mark the places you go to write, and store things like whether or not the place serves food or has wifi. Similarly, you can see where other people have marked their favorite spots.

I don't expect it to be perfect yet, and it's not much more than a time-waster, but if it helps someone then great.

I added a couple of places. The Drunken Monkey is so new that it isn't showing up in the Google registry, so it's in by its address: 444 N. Bumby Ave.

This is a totally awesome thing, by the way. Thanks for putting it together.
