Ok.
Something we discovered worked really well on the other forums I was on was the 'pep talk' thread.
I can offer ANYONE that wants one, a pep talk. You can have it via PM, if its something personal that you're having 'issues with' (I'll explain the 'personal' in a sec) or in public, if its general enough to fit everyone, or at least most people.

Personal versus public
There are some people that need pep talks in private. Perhaps its to brainstorm a plot problem, or more commonly, its because they don't want to tell people that something is going on. Having lived with an ex who didn't support my writing, I know that's one of the main ones I wouldn't wish on anyone, but can 'pep talk' in private.

Public ones - these are usually - 'omg lawls, can't get over writers block' - and yes, I had one of those once, we did it as a very funny agony aunt spoof.

I run SOME of these on my blog, but I won't do that unless I get permission, but to be honest, the ones that end up on the blog, are usually the ones I see about 10 times a day ;)

So, feel free, request away - either here (which makes them public) or by PM (in which case its in private) and I'll do what I can ;)
