I had been feeling behind, but at least I'm average, lol. By my calculations (3,962,953 total words / 12,045 avg words), that means there are 329 of us NoVa NaNoWriMo'ers. Awesome!

I've been checking the rankings constantly, and watching us getting jostled up and down between the folks in NYC, Boston and SF is making me really competitive. Even though, if you think about it, the rankings depend largely on how they divided up the regions and average word count would have been a more accurate measure.

True! Except if you rank it by average word count we're 187th, which is not as much fun.
We are, however, in 4th place for donations. That's nice. :)
