IS ANYONE ELSE TYPING DESPERATELY WHILE THEIR WORD COUNT STARES THEM MALEVOLENTLY IN THE FACE AND DARES THEM TO TRY WRITING MORE???

It's 6:15 am and I've been writing since 4am. As I near the end I find myself daydreaming about what its going to feel like to finish. I'm in awe of the process that has transformed and energized my life this last month. I feel like a channel as my story unfolds. It's awesome!

In five years, this is easily the closest I've cut things, still finding myself over 1000 words under pace on the 28th (though to my credit there are 9 days of 0 word count dragging me down). It's intimidating and...and yet a little exciting.
