It's a beautiful sunny day here in Exeter and I'm bleary-eyed, with a daft smile on my face.
It was truly fantastic to watch people skipping into 50K last night, I'm so inspired.
And to all those who didn't make it to the official target - congratulations for starting to write your novel. You've gone from being a "One day..." novelist to someone who has actually started to do something about it. That's massive.
So here I am, with a sunny Saturday completely free to do as I wish.
Hmm now, let me see... laundry or paperwork?

I'll take this as an opportune place to say well done to everyone - I did intend to be online cheering you all on, but I ended up sleeping on the sofa from 6pm onwards. Oops. Sorry! Anyway, hurrah, and well done!

What to do with December 1st eh? I think I'm going to recycle to mountain of energy drink bottles I have accumulated, and tidy my flat. It's surprising how messy a place can get when all you do is sit, hermit-like, in one corner of one room...
