That's right! I'm new to NaNo, and 2008 will be my first time doing it. As such, I'd love to have some NaNo buddy people to talk to about this thing, and if anyone would want to bounce plot ideas or things like that off of me I'd be glad to help. I saw someone start a topic like this a little ways down, but I didn't want to submit my name and information, only to find out that none of them wanted me on their lists at all. So I'm doing it here, instead!

Hey, so I know it's a little late to reply, but I'd be happy to be a nano buddy for next year. It'll be my second time as an insane nanoer, and I already have an idea taking root.... although I'm still wrapping up my 2007 nano. I also like fantasy, particularly if it's written by Terry Pratchett or Philip Pullman.
My favourite hobbies, apart from writing, are judo, cooking, running and swimming.
I'm fourteen, I'm British, i keep guinea-pigs and I have plans to be a chef when i leave school.
I like rain, cadbury's creme eggs, my bike, naming inanimate objects, winning judo contests, the high part of writer's high, counting snails outside after a rainstorm and guessing when the numbers on a digital clock are going to change without counting the seconds.
I hate losing things, chewing gum (especially touching it or the smell), the Eragon trilogy and lifting up rocks and finding a billion woodlice or slugs or ants or somesuch underneath.

Hiya! Welcome to nanowrimo. trust me i know how you feel since i was new last year, but even though i didn't get anywhere near 50,000 words i still had a blast and i hope you will too! XD If you want to be my buddy go ahead and add me! i don't bite, just nibble a little bit (just kidding!) XD
