Hello all,
I'd like to remind everybody that National Novel Editing Month is coming up. Our own ML, QueenOfTheUniverse, is also the "Queen Of EdMo," and is taking a strong, personal interest in the success of NaNoEdMo and keeping it going.
I realize that participating in NaNoWriMo, unencumbered by your Inner Editor, forgoing the luxuries of spell check, and not giving in to the desire to edit, is a sine qua non. However, once you've written it, giving it a good, thorough edit or ten is essential to turning your rough draft into a masterpiece.
So please, consider hauling out your dusty NaNo works, or shaking the stale electrons from your hard drives, and joining us in polishing our prose, reworking our words, and any other alliterative phrase you care to contribute.
