Note : Knockers are cornish mine dwarves. Hope you like it anyhow. I know that I am lacking on description and grammer as well as spelling but with your help I shall improve. Thanks for reading it. Oh must point out that it may not make sense at the moment as it is only first draft. At the end of this chapter the evil wizard Callinfir calms a riot down with his slaves ( knockers) and asked where is the object nobody knew untillBragem came puffing in and told him. The trolls by the way get sacked from thior job and go after the object to.

Shivering with cold Bragem slowly made his way up the winding mountain path. Snow had begun to fall, wet flakes settled on the goblin's jutting brows. He kept his eyes peeled, looking and searching through the snow. Bragem nearly missed it, he came to what seemed liked a possible spot and came closer to examine it. Bragem could not wait to get this job over with.
Bregam took a deep breathe and dropped to his belly in the snow. He hissed at the cold and began squirming, inch by murderous inch past the sleeping sentries. The trolls were hideous. Six feet tall with bulbous heads and large rocky bodies. They wore nothing but a thick pelt of fur and hunched over. When they moved and Bregam preyed that they wouldn't move today, they loped along on feet and knuckles. They were horrible fast and if they caught him they would beat him to much with their boulder like fists. They were sitting in the snow on both sides of the cave entrance and if he dared to pass them they would smell him and it would all be over from there. But Bregam was a goblin and he knew the earth. He'd spotted another way in.
Now if only if he could remember what his master had said the entrance was around here somewhere. He pulled back some thick overgrown branches and nearly fell over in fright. There carved right in the wall were two glowing red eyes from a dragon`s head. He had found the other entrance allright. He climbed in it was dark and errie he hesitated but continued. H e found a toruch inside the cave and lit it. The foul smell of rotten eggs made his stomach turn. He knew he was close to getting the object for his master. He made along through a narrow passageway and was suddenly dazzeled by strange coloured glowing lights. Bragem shiled his eyes. and walked towards them. The cave was starting to feel warm and he blew out the torch.
Bragem made his way cautiously to the centre of the cave. The cave was getting hottter and hotter. He was glad to be out in the cold again once he had done his master`s bidding. As a reward he would be free but first he has to get the object for him. The object is a shape of a star, had a black opal in the middle which contains lavanite one of the earths core. It is sealed by two gold rings and at 4 points of the star it had blue sapphire stones. The roaring and the bubbling could be heard and it was getting louder as he walked nearer. Bragem turned a corner and he was terrified for below him he could see a river hot moulten lava running through the cave.
Across the river he could see the object like what his master had descibed It was gold and had a black opal conataining one of the most precious earth core lavanite. There was a stone bridge going across the river. Bragem slowly made his way along the bridge. He was nearly there. Any moment now he will be free. Suddenly just as he was getting closer a young knocker appeared from out behind the star. He could not believe it how can a knocker get here. Must have tunneld his way in somehow. Thought Bragem angrily. He rushed over to where the object was but just before he managed to grab it and yelling at the knocker " Hey leave that alone it is my master`s." The knocker took it with a quick glance looking at the goblin before disappeaaring. "Noooooo." screamed Bragem.
His hopes and dreams of becoming free were dashed. Now his master is going to be furious with him and not only that a knocker one of his slaves stole the object befor he could even grab it. Crying Bragem stood at the place wher the object had been. "It isn`t fair, it isn`t fair." he sobed repeatedly. He kicked the stone pillar hard with his foot and yelped in pain. Hopping around on one foot he decided to go back and tell his master what had happened. He knew he wasn`t going to be pleased and he knew that he left himself down.

Slowly he made his way back through the cave and out into the freezing cold. He noticed as he crwaled round to the main entrance that the two goblins where gone. Where are they? looking around anxisouly for them. They must have gone inside. He thought to himself. Bragem quickly got up and made a dash for it back down the mountain path. He did not stop running untill he reached the Tower where his master lived. "This is not good, my master will hate me?" he said panting. At last he could see the tower. It was built in black stone and torches were lit all around the courtyard as he approched it. He banged on the door shoting and shivering from the cold."Let me in it is I Bragem. Callinfir`s servant." The drawbridge lowered down for him and Bragem quickly made his way up into the tower

Fill this out as per the rules and I'll critique. In the future, it's better to return lines too between paragraphs.

____

Length, Draft and Language

Brief Summary (not more than 300 words)

Sub Genre & Keywords - just in case someone's looking for a novel that deals with "genetic engineering", "parable" or "elections"

Known Issues - let the readers know the weaknesses you're aware of that they don't need to comment on. This is not an apology, and shouldn't be longer than the summary! (You can include more with the draft.)

Critique Requested - what do you want feedback on? Plot, a pass at the structure, tone, POV, grammar, character development, continuity?

Critique Tolerance - do you just want broad strokes and all the positive things or can you tolerate some of the more stark realities?

Experience & Goals - Is this your first novel? Are you looking to publish? Have you sent it out already and it just isn't clicking with publishers? What are your plans? (Be brief but help people understand what sort of critique would be helpful at this juncture.)

Anything else? Disclaimers (violence, strong language, graphic sex, etc.) Mention turnaround time for feedback if you have any deadlines.

Telling someone you're a writer is like telling them you're an obsessive compulsive bipolar schizophrenic that goes to AA meetings once a week.
