Look, I'm getting it started nice and super early this year! For once, I'm actually organised, haha.
So. Yeah. If you're in Pictou/Antigonish County, post a little introduction. Who you are, where you're from (if you want), all that jazz.
I should probably go first, hm? Well, I'm Caitlin, and I'm one of your MLs for this year! I'm a third year at STFX and this November is going to make my head explode. I have a new co-ML, Leah, this year, as Denise/Rostand is in fourth year and is way too busy to ML - you'll meet Leah, no worries, and she is awesome.
We have some vague plans sketched out for this NaNo, but if there's anything we've done in past years that you'd like to ahppen again, or anything we haven't done that you think would be cool, feel free to pitch it to me or Leah.
This year is going to be an awesome year, for sure, even if our heads explode while we're making it awesome for you folks.
Don't forget: you can ask Leah or myself any question at all about NaNo, and if we don't know the answer, we'll know who does or how to find it.

Hi everyone!
I'm Leah, your other friendly ML this year. I am from Lillooet, British Columbia and I'm a third year English honours student at StFX. I've got ten papers due over October and November, so fitting the novel in is going to be hectic. It's okay though - we'll have cookies!

I'm Jenna, and I was a student at St. FX until my bank account took a nose-dive and I had to take this year off school in order to work. But that's okay, because it means I'll be able to dedicate myself to noveling this November, without any pesky papers getting in the way. Currently living in Antigonish, and working at a call centre.
I've also been planning my novel since, oh, June? So yeah, I'm pretty excited.

This will be my third year of Nanowrimo, hopefully a second win,
and this year I have off from school, so I'll be actually working on two novels,

So, hi, I'm Shannon, and I'm Caitlin's roomie, and Leah's friend. And Jenna's friend. And I think that's it? This is my first year at St. FX and my fourth doing NaNoWriMo. I'm an arts student intending to major in psychology.

Hey you guys!
I'm Rebecca and I'm pretty sure I don't know any of you. Quinn Logan is my nom-de-plume and has been since 2000. LOL. I'm 31 years old and I've lived in Antigonish all my life. I work full time at OLS (you know, that call center at the end of the mall?) and am going to have to balance NaNo with work, spending time with my boyfriend and chasing after my cat, but I think I can do it!
I'm not new to NaNo...2008 marks my fourth crack at it...and hopefully my fourth win! I participated in 2004 (different username that I can't remember now), 2006 and 2007 (under this username). Both 2006 and 2007 were unique, let me say! In 2006, because I had company coming for a week near the end of November, I wrote my butt off and actually did the whole 50,000+ words in just over two weeks. No, I'm not kidding. And in 2007, I hit the 50,000+ word mark by the last week of November...and kept on writing! I actually finished the novel in December...it ended up being over 70,000 words long!
