Okay, I finally have things squared away with Panera at 77th & Wads.
We have one this friday night 6:00pm to 8:30pm
It's reserved so feel free to show up. I just found out that I'm going to have an uninvited guest this friday...So I don't think I'll make it now :( BUT we have the community room.
Nov 9th: We dont' have the community room. but I'll be there to write, feel free to join me. 2pm -4
Nov 16, 23, and 30: We have the community room from 2-4pm on those days yah!

So, I'm here at Panera, and there might be a mix-up about the room; it has a sign on the door saying it's reserved from 6:30-8:30 for "Lowell." Who or what "Lowell" is, I have no idea; Tirjasdyn says she verified our use of the room earlier this week. I am waiting until 6:30 to see if anyone else shows up, at which point I will take the room if it turns out that they simply wrote it down VERY wrong or something. The manager on duty is no help; he has only a schedule for the room, which says "Lowell," 6:30-8:30, and that is all he knows about it.
In any case, I'm here. :P

Well, the group called "Lowell" showed up. They were very nice about it, and I didn't want to be mean to them for what is obviously the mistake of the management.

My friend and I intended to go, and then we found out about a surprise birthday party for our friend, so we went to that instead. Sorry. :(
It turns out that writing would have been WAY more worthwhile, since our friend didn't even show at her party until about 9:30.
However, if we're doing it on Sunday, as the name seems to imply, I'd be up for that this Sunday, especially if it's at night.

Okay I've cleared up things with Panera.
The person who signed us up, and who I verified the rooms with has been fired (apparently screwing with groups was her pastime). Sharon, the actual manager gave us a last minute reservation for tonight...6-8:30pm.
I will be there. Feel free to come. Some treats will be provided.
Now because this person also was messing with our Sunday resevations I had to re-reserve. We came to the comprimise of 3-5, not this Sunday but yes to the next three. I will be there this Sunday but we won't have the room.
LV you were in the right place, thank you for going. Sorry this has been a mess. I declare this the only Nano mess for Denver this year. any thing else acts up and I will give it such a stare.
So tonight! 6pm.

Well, now I understand about the mixups with the room that you mentioned at the write-in. I'm so sorry you had to iron through all those wrinkles. I did have a great time tonight with all of the people who made this Saturday write-in, and I hope to come to more. Thanks again for running this one.
