Let's keep all of the posts about write-ins in one thread. There's an official SacNano calendar in existence, and Kat and I will do our very best to keep it updated with the write-ins as they're proposed and solidified (once the calendar is embedded somehow in our regional forum), but my poor old addled brain will handle this better if all the write ins are listed in a single thread.
EDIT: I really encourage people to comment here with write-ins. That way I can easily add them to the official calendar so that people can see what's going on when. I'll do my best to glean information from the various threads, but I'm only human, or so my doctors say.

How about Folsom Fridays at It's A Grind? Uh, 7:30? There are two, so whichever is more convenient to most folks: one is in Broadstone Marketplace (Raley's shopping center, right across E Bidwell from Borders where we were last year) and one on Folsom Blvd and Blue Ravine (by Mel's Diner). Free wifi, but not the best tables.

Well right over the hill in El Dorado Hills is a Nugget supermarket. They have this little deli/mocha bar and an upstairs with lots and lots of tables/chairs/roominess. It's literally seconds past the east bidwell exit. Also, it has free wi-fi.
I don't know how many if any people are in there on Friday or Sunday nights, and I've never brought my laptop there to test if the wifi works or how well it works but it's there and would be more than roomy enough.
On a separate note, which is probably off-topic, I work down on J Street now (at Mercy General Hospital) and will be writing at the Peete's Coffee (free wifi) down the street from the hospital before and after work every day I have the opportunity in case anyone's in the neighborhood.

OKAY! I've got a shiny badge now, which means I have to behave in a responsible fashion. This frightens me, but my plastic badge makes me feel obligated. Here are the Davis write-ins:
Mondays: 5:30ish at Crepeville
Wednesdays: 5:30ish at Crepeville
Fridays: 5:30ish at Crepeville
Sundays: 2pm, Stone's Cafe
IN ADDITION! Unofficially, I will generally be at Common Grounds on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 8:30am - 9 or so, and staying 'till between 2pm and 6pm. I am easy to spot, because there are a lot of NaNoWriMo stickers on my laptop. Also, my laptop is ancient and huge.
We have a lot of write-ins because we have a lot of students who have varying schedules, and we want to give everyone a chance to attend at least one a week. Please join us whenever you can. :)
