Hey all! I'm looking to get a group of people to meet on Sundays on the west side, in the Lorain/Elyria/Avon area. We met at Arabica Coffee last year (the one on Abbe Rd in Elyria, by LCCC) and that went well. There's also a Panera in Avon Commons, Jim's Coffee House in Elyria... Or somewhere else. Anyone game?

I know Panera and Arabica have wifi, but I'm not sure about Jim' s Coffee House. I've never been there--but my friends go there on Thursday nights, which is when they have open-mike nights. This place is huge for poets and local writers and artists. I'll ask my friends tomorrow, when I see them.

There aren't any in Lakewood proper, but on Sunday afternoons there are write-in in Sheffield and then Saturday the 29th there is a write-in at the Fairview Park Library.

I plan to attend the write-in in Sheffield Lake on Sunday. I'm in Elyria so this is a great location for me. Besides, the Browns play on Monday this week. :-) I hope to get completely caught up over the weekend, so this will be great.

Hi all. I'm at the Arabica Coffee house in Sheffield Village (Abbe Road North) today. No one else is here though :( I'm going to stick around for about an hour (writing) and then I've got to run a few errands to get ready for the coming week. Sorry we didn't get to meet this Sunday. Will anyone be able to make next Sunday's write-in at Arabica? I don't mind coming and writing alone but it would be nice to meet some other WriMos in the process...
*Update*: I'm on my way out to do some errands. Didn't get to meet any Wrimos today but hopefully I'll see some of you here next Sunday. Oh yeah, and I wrote 1,000 words! This Arabica's a pretty good place to get some writing done ;)
