(It's right across the street from the IMAX movie theater, Dave&Busters, and the Colorado Center lightrail and RTD station...basically, turn towards the Perkins and it's the apartment complex right next door. Contact me for directions clarification)
What to bring: Writing stuff (I'll provide extra power strips, the WiFi code, and whatnot), any favorite seating things in case we run out of room and you don't want to sit on the floor, and food or drink of some kind to share with everyone, potluck style. I'll have goodie bags for everyone, lots of chairs and a futon, tables, plates, cups, and silverware, and some delicious surprise snacks from The Chocolate Berry, too, so be prepared!
Basic rules: Be nice, no fighting, surrender your keys upon entry if you plan on drinking alcohol (I'd prefer you guys not die, thanks), and don't traumatize the parakeets any more than they normally are, please! ^_^. Other than that, have a blast!
If you are planning on coming, please RSVP here, and let me know of any guests you might be bringing as well. I just want to make sure I get enough goodie bags made for everyone!

Felony hot? Yikes. Please if you bring that make one that isn't so hot. I could probably handle hot. If you need extra chips I'll buy those. I'm really not sure what to bring besides drinks. I'll be bringing soda if I bring drinks since I'm a non-alcohol drinker. Though sometimes I do enjoy a Mike's Hard Lemonade but very rarely and usually only one with company.

I'm planning on coming! I may be a bit late. I'm hoping to bring some chili - cold night and all that, ya know? But it's not your normal, every day kind of chili. Oh, no, I have to be all fancy schmancy. LOL. I make a rather divine (if I do say so myself LOL) Turkey, Pumpkin and Black Bean chili that sounds weird but is really quite yummerific. :-) I've lately been making it on Halloween anyway so that the kids have a good, hot dinner when we get back from ToTing. I'll just make a double batch. :-)

Man, this sounds great. Too bad I'll be 1800 miles away :( . But we will be trick or treating in Disney World, so that takes a litle of the sting away (but not much lol). I really wanted to go to this years kick-off party since I couldn't go last year either.. Hopefully I'll at least get to write in FLA, but probably won't since my wife has us pretty busy taking our son to every theme park in southern florida lol. Well, shadowgirl, I know at least two other people from Arvada are coming up...maybe they'd be willing to do the ride thing with you if your friend can't come! Haha, that could be fun. It's not like I can't take of myself or anything, but safety is always greater in numbers. Who all is from Arvada that is coming up?
