Sacramento's a big area, full of plenty of little subareas, of which the most active seem to be Davis and Grass Valley (or Placerville, or something... to be honest, I'm losing track).
So, Kat and I have decided to ask for your guys's help in keeping all these areas going smoothly. We're creating the Officially Unofficial title of "Area Coordinator" (I was all for the title of 'minion', but Kat thought we should be more formal-like). The Area Coordinator really doesn't do much except help to arrange write-ins, transportation to regional events, and gets stickers from me to dole out in their region.
If you're interested in being an Area Coordinator/Minion, let me know by PM. We also have a formula for drafting AC's if necessary (hint: they're the ones who have been coordinating area activities anyway).

I know it's past the time you specified, but can you tell me where I could post to see if anyone from Placer County is interested in a group? I hate to be pesky, but I wrote another post to you but didn't hear anything. Are you receiving my posts and are way too busy, or am I just clueless on how to do this? (a good possibility). I'm in Antelope, so I traditionally man a Roseville write-in on Saturday nights (since Roseville's the next town over despite that pesky county line), but if you want to coordinate other Placer County meetups, I am down with that. :)
And yeah, I'm technically supposed to be in charge of this, but my month has disappeared in a haze of dental appointments and midterms. I'm back now, though. :)
