I don't know if this is the correct place to post this, but here we go.
I heard that a few years back Lulu.com had an offer for NaNoWriMo winners that they would print and ship a copy of your NaNo for free. Do you know if they're doing that this year?

This has already been asked in the Feedback forum and I believe the answer was ' We don't know and won't know until later in the year.' It's the kind of thing that is included in the information the powers that be put up once November (and the writing) has finished, so you have some idea about what to do with your finished masterpiece.
If you definitely, absolutely have to know now, the best way to find out would be to contact the people at Lulu directly. :-)
Sorry I can't be of more help.

I heard it happened in 2005, and then got it myself in 2006, and then heard nothing about it in 2007, so I'd be surprised if it happened this year.

I don't think Lulu is, but the amazon publishing company is offering a book if you complete NaNo this year, there's a little info about it under fun stuff and then under special offers. =D
"Get your novel in print and on the market in just a few short weeks! CreateSpace provides free self-publishing tools, which enable authors, like you, to self-publish and sell your book on Amazon.com and other channels - no setup fees and no inventory needed. As a 2008 winner of NaNoWriMo, you will be eligible to receive a free proof copy of your trade paperback book. Details will be posted here and on the "I Wrote a Novel, Now What?" page on December 1. I dont' remember where but I read somewhere on the forums that the person who coordinated this from Lulu's side left Lulu, and that's why it didn't happen last year... Not sure whether that would effect this year though.

Remember that it's free to set your book up at Lulu anyway.
So the offer was just for one free copy of your book, which wouldn't be all that expensive anyway.

Chris Baty released information to us (the MLs) that all 2007 winners will be getting an e-mail with directions for getting a free proof from CreateSpace (an Amazon.com company). Likewise, all 2008 winners will win a free copy of their 2008 novel.
Hope that helps.
