Would anyone be interested in a write-in on Wednesday evenings in Lone Tree? The hours would be from 5:30pm - 10:30pm at the Metropolitan Apartments Clubhouse (in the theater room). Free wi-fi, lots of comfy chairs, and hopefully some good company! I was thinking the first 30 minutes or so could be a bit of social time and then we can dig in for some good writing time.
Thoughts?

I would definitely be interested, Niassa! Thanks for offering up the space. That's near Lincoln & I-25, right?

If it looks like a go, Niassa can put the address for her apt complex here, and I will also add the event/address to the calendar.

I'll be heading over to the manager's office tomorrow to make sure everything gets reserved ok. I'm sure there'll be a nominal fee which I don't mind covering, but if anyone is interested in helping out, I certainly won't turn it down! LOL.
The address is 10185 Park Meadows Dr. They are called the Metropolitan at Lincoln Station Apartments. If you put it into GoogleMaps, it actually shows it as being about a block and a half too far south, which is weird. If you use GoogleMaps street view, you can type in 10101 Park Meadows Dr. to get a good view of what the apartments look like if you prefer to know what it looks like ahead of time.
The write-ins will be on Wednesdays from 5:30pm - 10:30pm in the main office building. Free wi-fi, lots of comfy chairs, and a quiet/set-aside room to write in without interruptions. There's not a whole lot of parking for non-residents; I would recommend parking in the light-rail parking garage (which I believe is free) and walking over (it's right across the street).
Let me know if y'all need any further info!

Sounds fantastic, Niassa, thanks! Is there also some place to get/order food nearby? I will probably be coming directly from work and will need refueling before the noveling awesomeness begins.

It is never too late to join in! :-) No RSVP-ing necessary.
Spleen, there are lots of places for food and several of them will deliver, like:
http://www.lucasjerseypizza.com/ - Great pasta and hot sandwiches and their pizzas are pretty good, too.
http://www.jimmyjohns.com/ - Good (and relatively healthy) sandwiches.
http://rockymountainpie.com/ - Really, really yummy Chicago-style pizza (and I'm from Chicago - I can attest to its authenticity!)
http://www.jasmineasiancafe.com/ - Pretty good Asian food with reasonable prices.
There's also standard fast food fare just up the street - McDonald's, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut Express, KFC, and Subway are all off of Lincoln and Yosemite along with a Noodles, Chipotle, and there's also that custard shop I mentioned before where they serve frozen custard (of course) and truly authentic Chicago-style Vienna hot dogs and Chicago-style hot italian beef sandwiches. (Yes, I'm a sucker for Chicago-style things. LOL). In addition, there's also a Spicy Pickle within walking distance of my complex.

Oh hi there neighbor.
I and a friend of mine on here live in the AMLI Apartment Complex across the street from Lincoln Station, I'll talk to her about Wednesday meetups, though my own work schedule's a pain in the butt being as I'm a graveyard shift person.
But the bright side? I happen to work at the Quebec street 24 Hour Fitness in Englewood; 7 hours (11pm-6am) of pure nothing to do but write and scan people in. If anyone's too jittery to sleep and wants to come in for a brisk run and an hour or so of writing? Feel free.
