At our Warm-up meeting last night I mentioned a free Ebook that had lots of good advice for Newbie NaNoWriMo's including help with characters and plot outlines specifically for this crazy event. I don't think the book is just for Newbies, but is for anyone.

This ebook is what helped me develop my novel planning for last year which enabled me to write 100k plus during November. Hopefully it'll help someone else with their project, as well.
