I have to double check with Amy on the details, but we should be posting the info soon.
The one thing I can say for sure is that we're planning on October 24th (so we avoid Halloween weekend).

If it's anything like last year, we'll be making hats out of pipe cleaners while eating gelato.

I'm super excited. No matter where it is, I'll definetly be going so long as I'm not working that night.

Hey! Saturday works for me! I can live without watching college football or Mecum's Auto Auctions to meet and greet my fellow NaNoWriMos! And if there's the promise of something fattening, I'll be there! HA!

Dang, that's the man's birthday and I'll get branded with the "bad girl friend" sign if I tell him that I'm going out w/out him. We're old so when we go out for dinner and a movie or whatever we start at 5 or 6.

I hate to bring this up, but the forecast is calling for rain on Saturday. I hope that doesn't sway anyone into not coming to the party tomorrow. That won't happen with me as I intend to be there! Don't let a little rain discourage us hearty WriMos! ^_^

Um, it's kind of amazing. It's like ice cream but a billion times better.
(And Capogiro lets you sample flavors while you're deciding, so if you're not sure about it you don't have to commit.)

It's Kick-Off day already!

If anybody's missed it, the Kick-Off is TODAY at 4:00 at Capogiro on 20th.

Amy and I will be there with some fun activities, goodies and (most importantly) the chance to meet and greet your fellow wrimos before November drives us all mad!

Can't wait to see you there!

(And if anyone needs more incentive to go, which really why would you, you can get today's flavor list HERE. Just make sure the menu shows Rittenhouse as the location. Personally, the Pera con Wild Turkey sounds like something I could get behind!)

Sorry I missed it. on the way to the kick-off I received tragic news. But I will be seeing everyone at the write-in's in Glenolden and Swarthmore.

Who knows, maybe we can have a (WE DID IT/ THANK GOODNESS ITS OVER) get-together... . That's an idea.

Thanks for the great beginning. It was great to see so many at the kick off. It's a good thing to spend time with creative folk.

ARGH. I can't believe I missed the kickoff party. I fell asleep on my neighbor's couch and ended up sleeping through it. Now I feel like a total jerk. =(
