Greetings all,

I’m a first time Nanowrimo… attemptee?… contestant?… whatever we’re called. I live in Carlisle and am curious if there are any others in Carlisle trying this next month. If so, would the occasional face-to-face get together be helpful or simply take time away from writing?

Let me know what you think.

TFM

Hi McManus! Welcome to NaNo. Would you be able to go to Harrisburg or is that a drive for you? :D

Hi there! I'm also a first timer, and also in Carlisle. I'm a little surprised there aren't more of us, but that's that. :) I was hoping to join up with some others in Lancaster as I travel there frequently. :)

Well, I'm off. Managed 5100 words the first day. Lets see if i can keep up the pace. If no thtat pace (it was a weekend afterall) at least keep writing steadily.

I hope you are also having luck and fun.

Whohoo!!! I just passed 50K and the story is on the last few chapters so I will almost certainly finish it. Two big firsts for me.

You're next! Keep on writing!.

Wow, congrats Fox! I've been insanely busy (sick kids :/) but I plan to have some marathon writing sessions tomorrow afternoon & over the weekend. I just need to get back on the horse. :D
