I live just north of Tewksbury. I'd be interested in meet-ups around Califon, High Bridge, Clinton, etc.

Thanks!

I admit I'm not that familiar with Hunterdon county outside of Flemington and any good noveling places. Though bookstore cafes and certain eateries (like Panera Bread) make good writing locations.

Are there any places you can recommend...and what are your schedules like? Are there any days of the week that are impossible for you?

I can't really set things up according to MY schedule because I probably won't be a regular depending on what pops up in the other parts of the state. :)

If there are just two of us, it might be better to do virtual write-ins. I would be able to drive in to Clinton or Whitehouse Station most evenings (7pm on) to write for a couple of hours though. I'd only want to do this once or twice a week however. If not weekly, then I hope we can do at least one or two meet-ups over the month.

Thanks,

Kyle

Howzit All- I live in Lambertville and have been looking for a local group- Flemington has possibilities. Anyone Else? This is my fourth year and find the gatherings enjoyable and useful, though in the past driving to Princeton or Union was a pain.

Flemington is awesome. I spend a lot of my time there anyway.

I'll do Flemington if we have a group. What day(s) and time(s) work best for everyone? For me it's most weekdays after 7. Any place in mind?

I can definitely do Flemington. Tuesday and Thursday nights work for me, maybe Panera or Borders?

Tuesdays are good for me. Its the only day I can guarantee that I don't work. My friend can also probably go as she's doing it to. Anytime after six thirty is good for us.

Tuesday evenings are actually good for me too as there are no other write-ins schedule at that time (as things currently stand).

Hi. I currently have the flu. An auspicicous beginning, which means that I'll be miles behind, but that's the breaks.
How about if we try for Tuesday Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. at Panera in Flemington? Then we can make a plan for other meetings, sort out what works and what doesn't.
Have a good day.

There's a place on main street Flemington Called (something) lodge that looks comfortable. Borders, Panara, thats all I can think of. Though i don't know the area that well.

I think we should go to Borders. I'm pretty sure they have plugs and stuff for laptops. So Tuesdays at seven? I'll probably be there this weekend with my obnoxious pink laptop :) And my friend is probably going, too.

So about next Tuesday....ar we doing Borders....are we doing Panera....are we doing both?

And which Borders/Paneras are we referring to? The ones that are close to the Flemington circle?

The borders near chili's, Micheal's, Wawa, Burlington coat factory, and the High School. It's also really close to the circle. Borders wifi is having issues, but you don't have to buy anything to stay there. I'm not sure about panara, thought i don't think they'd like us to just sit there without food. If we do eat, i think it might be good to wear or give a description so we can recognize each other. Though I've never done this before, so i don't if its normal to actually talk to people, or do you just write.

Yes, the one by the circle. We were at Borders this week, however there are not many outlets available there so it might cause a problem

ME! ME! ME!

Actually I'm a bit late starting - it's after midnight so it's November 4th already and I don't think I've done 500 words yet. But I will! (I hope)

I live in Frenchtown, frequent Flemington a lot, but also commute to NY 3 or 4 days a week.

Oh I wrote that without reading the whole thread. Tuesday is the one night I can never make since I have a writing class in NY that night. Any plans for an additional time? Flemington, Clinton or Lambertville all work for me.

I've had a request to mark Tuesday evenings at the Borders (Flemington) on the calendar. Is this okay with a lot of you?

Ann, which days work for you? And anyone who can't do Tuesdays...which days CAN you do? We can try and arrange an alternate time.

Borders sounds fine with me, but I can't do the next two Tuesdays, because of parent-teacher conferences. So another evening would be good, if others are up to it.

Where would we be meeting? Borders will let us stay, but there is limited seating and outlets. Anywhere else will probably make people buy something to stay for an extended period of time.
