Hiya.
Anyone know of cool coffee shops in the Woodinville area? There's a nice Tully's on hwy 202 (Woodinville-Redmond Road), but that's like, a chain. There's Victor's in Redmond, but I don't like their mochas.
Thanks for any suggestions.

What about doing it at the Barnes and Noble? they've got a whole area with chairs and stuff, they use it for author readings and stuff, and there's the cafe right in the building!

That's a great idea! I'll call them tomorrow to make sure it's ok.
Looks like there are other write-ins on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays in and around Seattle. Maybe I'll try and add a write-in on Thursdays or Fridays in the Woodinville Barnes & Noble.

Coffe Tyme is a smaller coffee shop/book store/watch repair store in Woodinville. They have limited space, though, and are only open until 7. There is also Fortunatos, a wine and espresso bar, that has a big upstairs area.

I'm interested in a Woodinville write-in, if one comes together. It'd be nice not to have to drive too far.

I just moved into the area this summer. If anyone wants to do a write in at the Barnes& Noble near the AMC theatre-area.. I'm game! I live five minutes away, and the store has the cafe and free wifi (for updating word counts :>) I wouldn't be able to make it on tuesdays though. I would love to do a write-in so close to home.

Oh, definitely let me know. It seems like all the write in locations for the Seattle region are too far south, while everything for the Everett region is too far north.

For some reason I don't see it on the calendar, but on Tuesday nights there is a write-in in Redmond at the Panera Bread (next to Safeway) from 5:30-9:30.

Might I suggest the Lyons' Den in Bothell? Close to Woodinville, very relaxing, and they have meeting rooms there...

I would LOVE to meet up at Lyon's Den for a write-in. It's a pretty ideal location.

If anyone wants to head over here, I'm sitting in the cafe at the Woodinville Barnes & Noble. I have NaNo stickers on my laptop. I'll be here until 4:45, probably.

I just heard about NaNoWriMo on the first, and just started writing today, so I'm a bit behind in word count goals!
I am very excited, though, to be a part of this!
