I am in Fuquay and I saw there were several people meeting up in the Brier Creek Area and wanted to see if anyone is Interested in meeting over in the Beaver Creek Apex area? I am a Stay at home Mom and my kids have preschool MWF mornings or I can meet any evening after 6:00. Just seems like meeting up with people with the intention gives you permission to take the time to write without feeling guilty that the laundry is not done and you are going to be feeding the kids cereal for dinner the whole month of November.

I'm in Zebulon and although I work in RTP, I would like to meet other writers here in East Wake County. If I go to the Brier Creek meetings, it's SOOOOO late by the time I get home and then I usually have to get up bright and early the next morning. Does not make for a productive day or month!

Hi Jenna,
I'm on the Cary/Apex line and would definitely be up for meeting in the Beaver Creek area on a MWF morning. I'm a stay at home mom, also (but with older kids). Still feeding them cereal, though. :-) Let me know what day looks good to start.

Howdy! I am in Cary too. My PreK son goes to school half way across Raleigh and I can meet for some coffee and some cheering-on on one of those MWF mornings too before going home to bang on the keyboard! I don't have a laptop so I can't join a write-in per se. LEt me know when you and Kim want to get together! :)

Hi there! I live about two minutes from Beaver Creek, and I would love to meet some of you wonderful writers so close to my home! The Borders in BC just got wireless internet, right? That might be a good place to meet.

I have a full-time teaching job, so evenings would work better for me. However, I am available on the mornings of Nov. 9, 11 and 13. (Track-out...gotta love year-round schools!)

I hope Day 1 is going well for all of you, and I hope to meet you soon! Let me know when you'd like to meet!

Hi there, sorry Halloween got the best of me and I have been scrambling to get my act together the last few days. I did get my words in for today, granted they are not the greatest words ever written, but at least I now have something to work with right?

I can meet this Wednesday (4th) or Friday (6th) morning anytime between 9:30 and 12:30 I could even do Saturday (7th) morning. I can also meet any night with the exception of tomorrow night after 6:30. This just happen to be one of those weeks when we don't have something to do every night (yay!).

I am good with Borders or Panera to be honest I have never written anywhere other than my home and in the car, so I don't even know how a write in works, but I would really like to meet some aspiring writer in the area and figure this would be a great way to make that happen.

I promise I will check back a couple of time tomorrow and see if anyone replied,

Wednesday at 9:30am it is!
Oh, please! YOU are behind on your word count. Check mine out! HA HA HA
See you there!

BTW-I should have looked up that science-y stuff BEFORE November 1st. If I don't start out the book correctly, then all the pieces just won't fit! :P

I'm in Holly Springs. I could swing a couple of meet ups at Beaver Creek. I'd rather do the morning meet up than an evening meeting up.

Alright I'll be there Wednesday at 9am. At the moment I can't even remember what the inside of that borders looks like, so I guess I will just walk around and look for sleep deprived people.

I have brownish, blondish, redish, curly hair (I know real helpful right). I will most likely be wearing a brown hooded jacket and workout pants as that seems to be all I wear anymore.

Hope to see you there

I work evenings so I end up at Beaver Creek most days until about 2:30pm. I'll be up there, either at the Border's or the Panera.

Many people hear voices when no one is there. Some of them are called mad and shut up in rooms where they stare at the walls all day. Others are called writers and they do pretty much the same thing.

I am a SAHM to a toddler in the Holly Springs area. I'd love to meet up with someone between Beaver Creek/Apex and Fuquay some evening to help spur on my writing. I can't do the daytime meet ups with the toddler in tow, unless someone just wants to meet for coffee and talk about plots/characters/etc...

Am I the only teen in the area that's doing this? I'd love to meet up with some people about writing, but it'd be really awkward for me if everyone was older then me.

Anyways, so when and exactly where would this be at?

hey pola-444! I am also a teen, though I can't make many write-ins because people are always taking the cars *growls*

any other teens out there? if we have enough we might could do a teen write-in? (and exclude all the scary grown-ups hehe)

Hey! If we can find anyone else it'd be great to meet up some time! I'd really like to work with some other people outside of my normal group of friends that are doing this project.

I live right around the corner from Beaver Creek and would love to meet up. But I work a normal shift job, so I would have to meet in the evenings or weekends. If anyone is interested, let me know. I've never done a meet up before, so this sounds pretty exciting.

For the teens who posted, I'm not a teen but I'm not a scary adult either. My mom says I'm cool. Or so I like to believe. But my point is, you shouldn't feel intimidated by adults. We're all writers this month, age be damned.

Just to let you all know, I'm at the Border's in Beaver Creek and will be probably until close. Come join me! I know there's a write in out on 6 forks rd, but that's a haul for me. Anyway, I'll be here in the cafe! Happy writing!

Vix - I'll be there shortly, probably around 6:30 or 7:00ish. What are you wearing/what do you look like/where are you sitting so that I can find you? See you soon! Look forward to meeting you!

Every wednesday I'm got to try and be at the Borders at Beaver Creek from like 3\4ish until 5\6ish. It really depends. Let me know if anyone else is interested in meeting up with me. The first day I'll be there is this wednesday the 11th.
