I felt like I was just churning out a lot of rot, but then I went to get a coffee, realised I needed to add an extra paragraph to the beginning and was able to get going again. Hope you're all enjoying your first morning of writing

I was able to get some words last night done. Felt like thousands turned out to be only 600. Went to bed and kept dreaming of my plot. So i am rearing to go this morning.

I went home from the KOP so tired that I had enough time to shower and set my alarm before I passed out.
At 11:45 I dragged my tired bum out of bed and sat at the computer, fortunately my good friend Princess De was on MSN and was keen to do word wars the second midnight turned over.

By 4am I had churned out a little bit over 5000 words and crashed out again. Now I'm ready and rearing to get to the first write in (Coffee Club Milton from 11:30am TODAY!!!) and see how many more words I can squeeze out of my brain before the end of the day.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

my first 1331 words where kinda painfully sweet. it was an achievement to actually get them out. i kept having to refer back to my character name doc to work out who was who and what they where doing at the beginning. i haven't written anything in such a long time.

Hrm this month is so far off to a not the best start. I ended up with so much Tequila in me last night that we ended up not being able to attend this morning's write in.

As a result I still haven't gummed up and written a word, Reclariant is next to me and she's just about at her total for the day.

I feel shame. ;p

I'm seriously considering shooting this horrible crap in the face and restarting. I've written myself into this weird corner that's not really a corner but more like an infinite plane of nothing, where the story will just keep going but it can't in any intelligent way get to the awesome stuff that I'm interested in. I've tried grabbing it and shoving it towards the awesome, but it's coming out as this horrible tortured wreckage of what it's supposed to be.

So ... yeah.
