This is my first year doing this and I'm stoked! Anyone else in the Fond du Lac area writing? My schedule as a mom of three kids can make it hard to meet - but just wondering if there is anyone else here from this area?

Me too!
I'm also a mom...16 yo daughter and 6 year old son, so I have to fit my writing time in when everyone is in bed. I'm so glad I'm not the only one here in FdL, and yes, I'm really excited about nano...this is my first one.

I lived in Fond du Lac for five years and still consider it my hometown. I'm currently attending Fondy High right now. I thought I was the only Fondy writer. =C
That's not something I approved of.

I'm in Fondy this month. I didn't think there'd be anyone around, so I've joined the Madison group this year. We should do a write-in at some point this month!

Heh. I can barely find the time to write the 1667 required. =p

I have been loving every word of NaNo! My goal is to break 50K words by noon today, and to actually finish out the story to "the end" by tomorrow night.
silygoos - your word count is stunning, and had been inspiring me all along, too!
