Questions for those present at the event: Is my voice normally that squeaky, and do I normally sound that stupid?

Thanks to everyone for being so patient with 4-year-old Parker and 2-year-old Claudette! Love 'em, but I hope to come to the next write-in alone!

I'm glad this worked out so well. Thanks to everyone who showed up; there were far more than I was expecting.

That's because Sac Nanoers are made of awesomesauce.

Candace, It was no bother at all. I loved sitting next to your kids. If only I'd been writing about children right then it would have been even better.

Three things... then back to writing...

1. No, you didn't sound squeaky. It was the camera mic.

b. The kids were awesome (but uh, not sauce. Sorry)

f. Can I be cinnamon (cinnabon?) awesomesauce? I like cinnamon. (cinnabon... ooh...)

I was super embarrassed at work today when one of my co-workers started asking for my autograph and wanting his picture with me. (he was joking!) And I didn't even say anything on camera! I was really hoping no one would see me, but I guess people actually watch Good Day Sacramento religiously.

I had a few co-workers ask me if what I was doing was the same thing they saw on TV. I had to laugh, but tell them yes.

Wish I could have been there, it looked like a lot of fun!
