I have not been to the tavern

the grill in the afternoon has been empty and has booths that are private and comfortable..

i'm still trying to find a close by place that works.

thoughts?

I'm working until Wed afternoon.

just checking

no worries if this doesn't work

back to writing

worked all day

dang it

I have never tried working at Tavern, but that's a great (and fattening) idea!

Coral Tree is good for working, and has internet.

Haven't tried the BW library.

Overall, there's not much that's cozy on San Vicente.

Some favorites, SM Library, Fromin's (no internet, which makes me more productive,) Anisette in the morning.

i came to the event at literti cafe, wednesday eve 7-10 (presently 8:59.) many hipster westsiders with laptops. i'm trying to figure who is nanowrimo, can't tell. cast surreptitious glances at others and maybe they at me. hard to tell. feeling shy, i'm not approaching anyone tonight. how do these things go. this is my first nanowrime. i'm a little shy tonight and bleary eyed from writing my eyes out. and it's loud. but this is a bright lit-friendly place to hunker down for long stints and nobody seems to mind. (bought a jumbo hot chocolate--was gone in seconds.) does anyone know will this be a recurring meeting place? wednesday nights? anyway, i like it and plan to return--why not--wednesday night 7-10. hope to meet others here.

well if you're still at Literati and like to join a fellow Wrimoer, I'm sitting along the back wall on the black couches in a black zip-up hoodie with greek letters running down the front on the left. My hair's up in a pony tail and really poofy.

Hi

I had dinner at Annisette or perhaps Anisette, are you talking about the one on Santa Monica blvd. for morning writing?

What time in the morning? Is it open in the afternoon? after lunch, before dinner? that could be intriguing. I liked the vibe for dinner, it might be fun for writing.

I wonder about Fraiche?

Thanks

Aisling
