Yay! I'm dead excited, I've just hit ten thousand (well, I did before I had to go for my clarinet lesson, and now I'm back to tell you all about it :D). So yeh, one fifth of the way through. I'm wondering whether to spend the rest of the night reading to celebrate, but I kinda want to keep writing... There are some unexpected robots which need dealing with. And my main character got shot too, which could prove interesting. Anyway, I just thought I'd say I've hit the first mile stone :D. And I'm quite excited about it...

I have just joined the realms of the 10k-ers (woot!) this evening, though I won't be staying there long as I'll probably have 12K by the end of it, as I'm dying to finish this scene so I can box it off and start with something new tomorrow.
