Hi and welcome,
the way you see novel excerpts is to click on the username which will take you to the author's profile. The excerpt should be under "Novel Info."
Not everyone posts an excerpt. I don't know if there is a way for you to see all the authors in the region, but if I find a way to do it I will post another reply here.
