Was walking through the grocery today and thought, "wow, my butt is kind of sore, wonder what is up with that?"
I realized it was from sitting at my desk all day writing.
By the end of November, my wrist and my fingertips usually ache too, from all the rat-a-tat typing.
Day 4 and I already have aches and pains.
How 'bout you? Anything aching yet?

Whinge, whinge, whinge.
----------My back is still sore from the chairs at the East West write in. I'm lucky that I have a very comfy chair in my living room with a laptop stand so I don't have to sit at my desk and suffer.

Can I just say my feet hurt and my butt hurts? And I'm still behind on my wordcount. Oh well.

Hi, nothing is sore, but have found that drinking a glass of white wine really slowly, while listening to old jazz and writing my novel has given me thoughts of...smoking! I have never smoked in my life, don't have a fondness for the smell, the price, or the general negative health effects of such, but somehow now understand how a person could sit with a cigarette as she pondered the next utterance of her protagonist, and take a long, slow drag to sort it all out. Thank goodness I'm 46 and not 13 and can resist things I think might make me look cool... what a laugh! Surprised myself with this today!
Onward and upward!

Ouch!
Are you still able to type?
Can I just say how much I hate falling down? I do it all the time, so you'd think I'd get over that.
Perhaps you had your novel on your mind and it distracted you? That would be the story I'd go with, anyway! :)

I am typing at half speed. I think everybody hates falling, except maybe martial artists in the dojo.
----------Yes, it was my novel. That's it! Thank you!

My butt hurts, too. Maybe it's because I do most of my writing in my sunroom on a very old, very flat futon. It's the only place I can work/play mostly uninterrupted, so I'll put up with the butt-pain.

I've been typing in my bed for part of the day, and it was very comfortable...until now. Returning to my bed to get in another 1,000 words before going to sleep, my bottom is starting to ache, and no amount of re-shifting is making it feel better right now.

Actually, it's my wrists that usually get to me first. Or that spot in my back, just below the shoulder .... you know the one. :-)
