Congrats, and good luck for the rest of the month!

Yeah, I got there just now! I'm SO proud of myself, I managed to do al my schoolwork, keep my social life intact (yes, it IS possible!) and still write about 3000 words a day, even though I really only planned 1667 and I'm such a huge procastinator. Yay :D I wonder how long I'll keep up this pace.

You guys are amazing! Still maintaining a social life and planning to complete two nano novels in one go...wow! Respect to you both. And respect to all of us 13k-ers! We rock!

I'm just glad to be here at this point. The story has grabbed me by the hand and is running with me and I'm not complaining! As long as the story keeps flowing forth as it does, I'm not going to stand in its way!

13k woohoo!!!

Got over 13K about an hour ago. I'm taking a break for music practice, but I want to keep on going and hope to hit 14K before I go to sleep.

13,017 on day 5! This is close to the one-day record I set back on the next to last day of NaNo '08, though spread out over 5 days of course. This is the best start I've ever made in any WriMo I've ever taken part in. And I start going for the big word counts when the weekend begins...

Woot! 13k, just barely! Hard week at work, the realization that I have no idea how to describe the environment the characters walked into, and other assorted issues totally conspired against me, but I feel strongly that tomorrow will be a new and noticeably better day.

And I won't write any more paragraphs that make my little sisters say things like "next time don't drop acid before you start writing," I swear.

Around chapter 8 my main character has to decide whether or not to undo the events that led to the total annihilation of Austin, Chicago, Lima (Peru) and Vancouver/Seattle. It's harder than it sounds, okay?

I wasn't sure I'd make it here today, but I did! I'm so proud of myself, haha. Now if only I could actually write something good. xD;;

I just have to aim for 14k right now, though.
